Balance = Success was founded by school teachers, coaches, and former athletes, with many of them who currently have children and grandchildren that are currently involved in sports from all age groups.
Co-Founder and President-Coach Ronnie Stubbs realize that Balance=Success is an important concept that should be taught to student athletes ASAP.
Coach Stubbs lost many student athletes with great athletic ability and tremendous potential by not meeting minimum grade requirements which disqualified them from participating and playing in school sports. Balancing School and Education with the Sport they love to play is something he tried to impress upon all students.
He wanted them to understand that taking their school work serious would not only allow them the opportunity to playing in school sports but open up opportunities they would never imagine in other walks of life.
